Present general sale conditions regulate the relations between the Customer and C’EST LIBRE with regard to the purchase of products performed, through an Internet connection, on one of the following websites:

C'EST LIBRE is the on-line shop belonging to CECILIA LIBONATI S. r. l, located in Castro (Lecce) 73030, Via IV Novembre, 26 – Italy. Before to conclude the on-line purchasing procedure, the Customer will undertake, during the purchasing procedure, to view and accept the present Conditions of Sale. By closing the contract, C'EST LIBRE undertakes to supply the products to the Customer on the terms and conditions foreseen in the present General Conditions of Sale.
C'EST LIBRE keeps however the right to refuse the execution of an order in case of orders uncompleted or wrongly forwarded.
In the case a selected and paid product should not be available, C'EST LIBRE will contact immediately the Customer through e-mail and arrange for the reimbursement of the total amount transferred.
Once the contract has been concluded, C'EST LIBRE will arrange to send to the Customer an e-mail confirming details of the received order: Order Number, Article Name, Color, Price, Payment method.
Once noticed the payment, C'EST LIBRE will provide to ship the ordered products to the address provided by the Customer within the following 5 working days.
The products shown on the website truly correspond with all the characteristics really possessed.

Prices

The prices of the articles do not include transport fees. Important: The prices listed on the website do not include import duties and other custom charges and /or possible sales taxes that may be requested. These, in case, will be charged directly to you from the Duty service of your Country.

Invoice

Every order will be accompanied by regular invoice issued by CECILIA LIBONATI S.r.l. on products with label C'EST LIBRE.

Shipping Fees
