Delivery & Return

Terms and length of Delivery: Your purchases will arrive in a solid, discrete and well closed package, without any external logo or name that can drive to identify the contents. The consignment is carried out either by DHL International or TNT. You will receive an email of confirmation at the moment of dispatch in which you will be given a shipping note number corresponding to that attached to the package. You will be able to follow the journey of the package to its arrival through the DHL and TNT websites using the consignment note number container in the e-mail. The shipping will take place within 5 working days from the date of reception of the payment of the order and you will receive our mail confirmation.
Costs and length of Shipping: Both the date of arrival and the shipping cost depend on the place of destination and on the chosen courier (see table).
Return policy: You are able to return or to exchange an article within 30 days in the way we will indicate you in reply of your written communication via e-mail at our Customer Service info@cestlibre.com The only condition to obtain the acceptance of return or exchange of an article is that the article comes back to our manufacturer exactly in the same way it was dispatched, not ruined in any way, not worn and showing its original identity card still attached, together with its bag and wrapped securely including sale and packing slips. In case of a Return, we will reimburse the Customer for the entire paid amount only after receiving the article back and agreed with its eventual defect, using the way of payment the Customer will provide to add in the written communication to our Customer Service.
C’EST LIBRE, in case of approved return, will be charged for delivery expenses. In case of Exchange of a bought article, the Customer should clearly indicate the name of the new requested article, together with its color and size.
The substitution will take place in case of availability of the new requested article, otherwise you will receive a communication with the demand to choose another option.
